After John McCain decided that it might not be the wisest course of action to let Governor Sarah Palin speak with Katie Couric alone again, he joined her with the CBS anchor on Monday for an interview. In doing so, he lied through his teeth. Video and text of the interview can be found at the link. So, too, are recent McCain ads chronicled that are misstatements at best, lies at worst. I find it best to always assume the worst of McCain. I'm disappointed less that way.
