McCain to Troops: Why Go Home?

Here is the clip of John McCain saying that "when" troops come home from Iraq is "not too important." The McCain campaign, realizing that their guy had really, really put his foot in it, began scrambling to make it clear that McCain hadn't said what he'd clearly said. Indeed, I counted three separate and totally different explanations of what the Arizona senator actually meant!
