Your Cat Is Trying to Talk to You by Melissa Dhal of New York Magazine.
While I knew most of the information here, I actually didn't know that cats don't meow to each other naturally. Rather, it is a communication with humans.
Meow.

To be, or not to be: that is the question: Whether 'tis nobler in the mind to suffer The slings and arrows of outrageous fortune, Or to take arms against a sea of troubles, And by opposing end them?

White House Correspondents Dinner 2015
The President:
Host Cicely Strong:
I didn't think the host was quite as funny as in previous years, but she definitely had her moments. The second half was funnier than the front end.
27 April 2015
Addition 28 April: Host last year, Joel McHale.
Just a little comparison. May do another post including other previous videos.

Android Animal Commercial
Normally, I'm against posting most corporate commercials, but I have to do so here. Too cute.
The song, btw, is Roger Miller's from the 1973 Disney Robin Hood.

What Animal are You?
I am coral. Yep, I am apparently a single part of a giant animal system that never moves. Many would agree with this. On the plus side, my tag line for coral is: Your hidden beauty attracts many suitors. Well, that is something, although I question just how interesting they'll find my inability to actually do anything.
What are you?

Greatest Pitch Ever
I was watching a game between the Red Sox and the Nationals earlier this week and saw something that I'd never seen before. Red Sox pitcher Justin Masterson dropped the ball behind his back during his windup. Embarrassing, no doubt, but I'd think it would happen from time to time given just how many pitches are thrown in the major leagues every season. And yet I cannot ever remember seeing this live or as part of a highlight in 40-ish years of watching baseball! Of course, Masterson makes the better part of $6M a year, so I'd hope he wouldn't drop the ball like this very often.
This entire episode brought the following highlight from Japan to my attention. This has to be the greatest pitch ever thrown and it was another mistake. This one, however, is worth $6M.
Yep, that was a called strike!

Two Things...
First, this is simply an amazing photograph of an awesome animal.
Second, the photographer is an idiot and almost got himself removed from the gene pool.

A Sure Sign of Spring
They found the neighbor's yard on are left too hard. They found the neighbor's yard on our right too soft. They found our yard just right.

Game of Thrones Returns
GoT returns on HBO this Sunday. In prep, the network has been running marathons of previous seasons and yes, I've been sucked in. Can't wait to see what is next.
In the mean time, Sesame Street has tackled the Game. :-)
